Over Hong Kong

OVER HONG KONG xii Left The Cullinan (2007), part of the Kowloon Station complex, is named after the largest- ever raw gem-quality diamond discovered in South Africa, the Cullinan Diamond, which is now a major feature of the United Kingdom’s Crown Jewels. As an appropriate name for a jewel among the Group’s residences, The Cullinan boasts the finest architecture, design and materials and its prime location makes it a high-prestige residence. Below The Kowloon Station site, where the International Commerce Centre is standing, is also home to The Arch. This development, completed in 2005, is one of the Group’s representative luxury residential projects. The design of the building is very distinctive and it features the first sky clubhouse for residents, 500 feet above ground. As can easily be imagined, the views to the east over Victoria Harbour are truly marvellous. M odern H omes : A N ew S tandard for L uxuries The Cullinan (2007) The Arch (2005)
