Sponsored by the company, the Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong 10K Championships recently took place in Tin Shui Wai. The event attracted the attention of runners and the public, as it was a relatively rare large-scale local long-distance race held during the pandemic. About 1,500 contestants, including over 80 SHKP colleagues, participated in the race. In the Men's and Women's Overall category, Wong Tsz-to and Crystal Vut won the championship despite the participation of Oscar Coggins, who represented Hong Kong in the triathlon at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. To ensure the safety of all contestants and staff, participants must have received two doses of a government-recognized COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before the event. With validated negative test results of COVID-19 within 48 hours before the event, the participants could relax and enjoy the race.
