SHKP always places great emphasis on nurturing the young generation and helping them to succeed through different initiatives. The government recently introduced the Strive and Rise Programme to help junior secondary students from underprivileged families boost their self-confidence and develop a positive outlook on life. SHKP fully supports the programme, donating money and recruiting about 250 colleagues from various departments and subsidiaries, including construction, property management, hotels, Wilson Group, YATA, SmarTone and SUNeVision, to voluntarily sign up as mentors for the programme to share their life experience and assist the students to formulate personal development plans. The company is also ready to collaborate with the organizer to arrange various activities for participating students, including site visits to SHKP businesses, large-scale charitable and community activities organized by SHKP, and occupational experience, to help them broaden their horizons and set personal goals.
