Every year, Hong Yip and other charitable organizations come together to organize the Peace Box campaign, where they present gift boxes to people in need to show their love and support.

Supported by residents of Hong Yip's managed properties, as well as the participation of over 30 schools, private companies, churches, and individuals, the event received a generous donation of more than 10,000 gift boxes. These boxes were filled with daily necessities, food, toys, stationery and other items. With the theme "LIGHT", this year’s campaign aimed to bring brightness and positivity to people's lives. Volunteers distributed the gift boxes to the underprivileged, the elderly and the homeless, spreading care and well wishes.
