We place great emphasis on the wellness of our colleagues. Recently, Landmark North clinched the Gold Award in the Hong Kong Smoke-free Leading Company Awards 2023, presented by the Hong Kong Council on Smoking and Health. Its property management team has introduced a number of initiatives to foster a smoke-free culture, including setting up a staff recreation room. The room offers a variety of leisure activities, such as table tennis, chess and board games, to encourage colleagues to explore new interests. It also provides information on how to quit smoking.
