The Point, the Group's integrated loyalty programme for its malls, recently won the Market Leadership in Loyalty Program 2023/2024 presented by the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing. The award recognizes the efforts of the Group's malls and The Point in enhancing customer loyalty in the face of today's evolving retail landscape, benefitting both tenants and consumers. Launched in 2019, The Point is the largest programme of its kind in Hong Kong. It has continued to introduce new mobile app features and services for a better customer experience, attracting over 2.6 million members in five years.
