SHKP is dedicated to nurturing young talent through its support of the Government's Strive and Rise Programme initiative. For two consecutive terms, over 200 colleagues have volunteered as mentors each year. In 2025, the company will continue its involvement, with over 220 colleagues already signed up!

Last month, the company welcomed about 70 mentors and mentees to GO PARK Sai Sha, which will open soon. Under the guidance of professional coaches, the participants expanded their horizons and had an exciting day of exploring emerging sports like padel, pickleball and outdoor climbing. This was followed by a delightful lunch, set against the picturesque scenery of GO PARK Sai Sha. The event helped foster connections and create joyful memories for all participants.
