SHKP has always placed great emphasis on youth training. To this end, the Group participates in the HKSAR Government initiative called – The Pilot Scheme on Corporate Summer Internship on the Mainland and Overseas, which provides an eight-week internship opportunity for local students. Eight interns are seconded to a department in Shanghai, Beijing or Southern China in order to gain hands-on experience in the areas of research and development, retail leasing, residential sales as well as office sales and leasing.
