The Human Resources and Administration department of the SHKP Chengdu Office recently hosted a training programme on emotional intelligence leadership in an effort to enrich staff's corporate management know-how as well as build team spirit and enhance managerial efficiency. Combining theory and practice, the instructor delivered his distinctive insights to the class in a lively and compelling way. The staff enjoyed the training and actively took part.
