Through collaborating with Nanjing University, the SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation has set up two phases of scholarship programmes for the University since 2006. A memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the programme's third phase was signed recently. Upon completion of this new phase, it is estimated that a total of 3,000 students will have benefitted through aggregate donations amounting to approximately HK$16 million. This phase of the scholarship programme also allocates funds to the Nanjing University SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation Scholarship Alumni Association for student activities, which helps facilitate students' participation in the community.

In addition, Nanjing University granted a special honorary trustee appointment to Amy Kwok, Executive Director of the SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation, in recognition of the Foundation's long-standing support and contributions to the University.
