SHKP recently invited Hong Kong Chinese marathon record-holder Tsui Chi-kin to share with our colleagues his journey to becoming a full-time athlete and some training tips. In last year's Berlin Marathon, Tsui broke the over 26-year record among Hong Kong Chinese marathon runners, beating the individual best time by more than five minutes. At the sharing session, colleagues who are long-distance running enthusiasts learned a lot from Tsui's experience in breaking the limits and overcoming obstacles. The participants were motivated by Tsui's intensive special training sessions in Kenya and benefitted from his professional tips on long-distance running training.
