The SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation set up an undergraduate scholarship scheme at Guizhou University in 2004 to sponsor talented students from underprivileged families to pursue undergraduate degrees.  The aim was to help them fulfill their dreams of receiving college education, which would enable their families to break the cycle of poverty.  The SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation is now extending the Guizhou University scholarship scheme for a third batch in 2018.  Total contributions to the three batches to date have amounted to about RMB13 million, benefitting about 2,000 recipients.

The SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation has offered scholarships at over 17 tertiary institutions in various mainland provinces, with nearly 10,000 beneficiaries to date.  The Foundation is currently working on a cross-campus exchange platform for scholarship graduates to share their career achievements and success stories in a bid to encourage the SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation scholarship students.  It is hoped that the scholarship recipients will grow up together and make positive contributions to the society.
