The SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation and Northwest University recently signed a memorandum of understanding for the third phase of the scholarship programme at Northwest University. The Foundation also launched a funded project, titled SHKP-Kwoks' Student Association, as part of its commitment to supporting talented students of Northwest University in their studies and promoting education across the country.
