To enable our colleagues to help others in an emergency, the Human Resources and Administration Department organized a training course about the golden four minutes of first aid. The course attracted the active participation of colleagues from Retail Leasing Team B, the Human Resources and Administration Department, the Accounts Department, the IT Department, the Engineering Department, the Procurement Department, etc.

The course was led by Pan Hao, a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) instructor from the American Heart Association (AHA). Through simulation, the participants learnt how to use nearby resources and basic medical knowledge to perform proper first-aid in case of acute illness or injury before medics arrive. They now have basic first-aid knowledge and the mentality to handle emergencies. After all, staying calm is a prerequisite for helping others with first aid!
