In view of the cold weather expected in November, the SHKP Volunteer Team called on the colleagues and their families, as well as Sunshine Sub-team members, to volunteer by knitting winter scarves and hats in early July, to cater for the need of the elderly and other members of the community to keep warm in winter. The winter scarves and hats will be distributed later. The SHKP Volunteer Team attentively arranged for experienced knitters to teach basic knitting skills to those volunteers who did not know how to knit in a recent class. The participants learned and practised, hoping to pass on their warm blessings to the elderly and others in need through a winter hat or scarf.
