SHKP launched an all-new hotel loyalty programme, Go Royal by SHKP ("Go Royal") on 26th April 2022, covering its five Royal hotels – The Royal Garden, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal Park Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, as well as the Shikigiku Japanese restaurant, located in the ifc mall. The programme has joined a coalition with The Point by SHKP, an integrated customer loyalty program. Both use The Point points as the loyalty currency. The coalition has become Hong Kong's largest hotel and shopping loyalty programme, enabling members to earn and redeem The Point points for desirable rewards while enjoying the hotel dining, stays and leisure, or shopping at the 25 SHKP malls.

By showing the electronic membership card on the Go Royal App, Go Royal members can enjoy free WiFi and a 10% discount when dining at all the participating hotel and restaurant; and with an annual membership fee of just HK$1,388, membership can be upgraded to Go Royal Gold. Besides enjoying up to a 20% discount for food and beverages, Gold card members can have discounted offers for hotel rooms, banquets and events. After upgrading to the Gold card, members can receive dining coupons worth HK$1,200 and bonus vouchers for complimentary lunch buffets, birthday cakes and more for a chilling experience at Royal Hotels. Members of The Point can easily register for a Go Royal account with their login details for The Point; for non-members of The Point, by registering once, they can then become members of both Go Royal and The Point to enjoy the exclusive privileges of dual membership.
