SHKP has opened three new shopping malls in the New Territories - YOHO MIX and YOHO PLUS in Yuen Long, as well as NOVO WALK in Tuen Mun, to provide residents and visitors with a fresh shopping and leisure experience.

YOHO MIX, YOHO PLUS and YOHO MALL form a mega shopping destination

Together with the flagship centre YOHO MALL I and YOHO MALL II, the 110,000-square-foot YOHO MIX and the 40,000-square-foot YOHO PLUS form a 1.2-million-square-foot mega shopping destination in northwest New Territories. YOHO MIX has more than 70 shops and features specialty restaurants and a music and art plaza. YOHO PLUS, with over 40 shops and 800 parking spaces, offers families in the neighbourhood a diverse selection of educational service providers.

Pet-friendly kick-off activities

To mark the opening, YOHO MIX rolled out an array of celebratory activities in the first month. These included free ice-cream giveaways in Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai and Tuen Mun, handing out marshmallows and souvenirs in the mall, and various spending privileges. The mall also featured a series of pet-friendly activities, including the Amphibians and Reptiles carnival, jointly organized with the Hong Kong Amphibian and Reptile Association, the city's first pet parade, and an exclusive movie preview for owners to enjoy movie together with their pets at My Cinema YOHO MALL. 

Strive to upgrade outdoor green space to provide a gathering spot in the YOHO community

YOHO MALL's Egret Garden, the over-3,000-square-foot green open space, has been refurbished and decorated with glass flower-themed art installations, making it an all-day Instagramm-able spot for visitors.
 

NOVO WALK: an additional shopping option for Tuen Mun residents

NOVO WALK, in Tuen Mun, started trial operations in the second quarter of this year. With about 50,000 square feet of retail space housing over 40 shops, NOVO WALK has put considerable effort into curating its tenant mix to provide a unique shopping experience. The mall boasts popular restaurants and premium brands. One notable addition is YATADAY, an approximately 3,600-square-foot supermarket offering a wide selection of fresh food, delicacies and household goods. The mall has also taken steps to enhance the outdoor food street FoodVO Lane. By decorating it with plants and colourful pinwheels, the mall has created a green, relaxing environment for visitors to enjoy alongside the adjacent residential development NOVO LAND.
