Kai Shing and Hong Yip, the Group's property management arms, clinched multiple awards in the Hong Kong Green and Sustainability Contribution Awards 2024, organized by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency.

With their excellent green management service, the properties managed by both companies won major awards, including the Pioneering Organisation in ESG Disclosure Enhancement and the Gold Seal for Contribution to Sustainable Property. Kai Shing received over 60 awards, the most among property management companies. 

This industry recognition acknowledges our property management teams' excellent sustainability performance.
