In July, the Southern China Office organized team-building activities aimed to enhance team cohesion and foster a sense of belonging among colleagues.
In the morning, the participants took part in a city orienteering challenge near the Haixinsha Stadium. They formed 10 groups and completed a series of missions with a mobile app to earn "money" for the game in the afternoon session.
The afternoon session featured a city development game, where the virtual city was divided into five segments: public transport, commercial, residential, and two ancillary facilities. The 10 groups formed five teams and used the money they had won in the morning session to bid for one of the segments. Each team implemented its own development strategy and coordinated with others to create their ideal city. All the participants thoroughly enjoyed this competitive, engaging team-building activity.
