Chengdu Office organized outward bound activities this fall to enhance cohesion among colleagues, build up their courage and willpower and motivate them to be helpful to one another. Participants' team spirit was given full play in the orienteering activities, when they ventured into unknown areas with a map and a compass in hand to find their destinations. There was a sharing session by team leaders at the end, with the management presenting certificates to the winners. Participants concluded that mutual encouragement is the key to a successful team.
