The SHKP-Kwoks' Foundation established a scholarship programme at Lintao Middle School in Dingxi, Gansu in 2015 to give three years of assistance to more than 200 high-achieving students from disadvantaged families. The Foundation also assisted with the construction of waterworks supplying drinking water for local villages, bringing adequate potable water to more than 1,000 households.
