SHKP's WTC and New Town Plaza I were feted at the 2018 Service & Courtesy Award, organized by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, to recognize outstanding performances by individual staff members.

WTC and New Town Plaza I capture key awards

Emily Wong of WTC and Rosanne Yung of New Town Plaza I won the Silver Award and Bronze Award, respectively in the 'Property Management Category – Junior Frontline Level'. Rosanne was also awarded the 'Excellent Service Star' by attaining full marks in two rounds of the mystery shopper assessment. In addition, WTC was named one of the 'Top 10 Outstanding Services Retail Brands' in public voting.

11th SHKP Malls 'Serving with Heart' Customer Care Ambassador Election opens

The annual SHKP Malls 'Serving with Heart' Customer Care Ambassador Election will take place in mid-November. The 'Mystery Shopper Assessment – Best Mall Progress Award' has been introduced this year to encourage ambassadors to seek continuous improvement. From 12 November 2018 to 13 January 2019, you can vote for your favourite ambassadors through the SHKP Malls mobile app, online voting, or directly at the participating malls.
