SHKP recently received an impressive total of 18 awards in the Real Estate Survey 2018 by international financial magazine Euromoney and took top honour for the second consecutive year, winning first place in the Global Best Developers – Overall category. The Group was also ranked first as Global Best Developers in mixed-use properties, retail, office/business and residential categories as well as other categories.

This year, receiving over 2,400 responses, the annual Real Estate Survey invited advisors, developers, investment managers, banks and corporate end-users in different countries to vote for the companies they perceived to be the best.
