SHKP regularly organizes two blood donation days every year, and about 90 of our colleagues took part in early May held blood drive. The next blood donation day will take place on 6 September 2019. If you would like to support us in this worthy cause, here are a few daily health tips that you should follow:
- Eat more healthy foods and avoid fatty dishes.
- Consume more fruits and drinks rich in Vitamin C. Eat spinach, red meat, fish, poultry and iron-high cereals to help iron absorption in the body.
- Make sure to get adequate rest.
