Property frontline staff are always reliable when the residents have urgent needs. Hong Yip's concierge team in Wetland Seasons Park recently received a special request from Mrs Tam, a female resident who had a heart attack and was immediately sent to hospital. As she could not find anyone to help at such short notice, she asked the concierge team to take care of her 10-year old daughter until her husband came back in the evening.
At first, the little girl kept crying because she was worried about her mother. The concierge team members consoled her by giving her drinks and chatting with her in the clubhouse, and found that it would be her birthday the following week. Noticing the girl had calmed down, the team members suggested that she join the AR egg hunt in the clubhouse to comfort her. Accompanied by concierge staff, the girl enjoyed the event and won a heart-shaped accessory in the lucky draw. The team members encouraged the girl to give the little present to her mother to cheer her up. Luckily, Mrs Tam soon recovered after treatment. Everyone was relieved to hear this fortunate news.
A week later, to celebrate Mrs Tam's full recovery and her child's birthday, the team members visited the Tam family with a birthday cake and small gifts. The family was surprised and delighted. The couple thanked the concierge team for consoling and taking care of their daughter in their time of need, and said they appreciated that the team members worked with a kind, caring heart and treated the residents like their own family members.
