The exceptional performance of the teams was recognized in the industry, as they received over 20 individual and team awards at the Service Talent Award this year, organized by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association. With the growing popularity of live streaming, the competition introduced a new award called the "Live Streaming Award". Among over 140 entries, the judges selected the winners based on criteria such as creativity, personal charisma and the ability to inspire consumer sentiment. Ng Ling-fung, from New Town Plaza I, won the bronze award with his impressive and confident performance introducing the mall's Pets Park.
