They have a SoProp mobile app that residents can use for identification to enter their building and book clubhouse facilities, and it lets them send QR codes to visitors so they can gain access without having to fill in a logbook.

Hong Yip's Lik On Technology also introduced an e-locker system allowing easy collection of online shopping, with a plan to extend this to mall deliveries.

V City expanded its loyalty programme with Kai Shing's IT team introducing a Reward e-asy function to the mall's mobile app. Members can earn points by uploading machine-printed receipts instead of queueing at the customer service centre.
