The Quality Raising Gold Award went to Hong Yip, which designed a website for e-statements that offers residents a more convenient and eco-friendly way to pay their management fees.
Hong Yip: We came up with this idea that is in line with the Company's Green Policy. We also took customers' desire for digital bills and our team's work load into account. In the future, we will work to introduce more digital payment systems for even greater tenant convenience.
