HomeSquare was the big winner at the 10th SHKP Malls "Serving with Heart" Customer Care Ambassador Election, again won the "Best Performing Mall" and "Mystery Shopper Assessment Top Mall Service" awards. SHKPNews visited HomeSquare to learn more about what Customer Care Ambassadors do on a daily basis and witnessed the wonderful hospitality of these dedicated individuals.
Because of its geographical location and market positioning, HomeSquare provides space for customers to tell their stories and enjoy a kind of "confiding reception". One of the Customer Care Ambassadors, Mushroom once met a tearful elderly woman who was in need of photocopying services. Mushroom invited her to the Customer Care Centre for a talk. The woman opened up her heart, expressed her true feelings and felt much better afterwards.
The HomeSquare team recalls one incident when they saw a pregnant woman on the floor who was about to give birth soon. They quickly turned into a professional rescue team and efficiently divided up the necessary preparation tasks, providing a blanket to the woman to keep her warm and comforting her. They also secured a wheelchair to transfer the woman to her husband's car, and coordinated nearby traffic to ensure that the car can leave unimpeded. One of the ambassador recalls: "A few days later, the husband returned with a fruit hamper to show his gratitude. He told us both the mother and the baby were doing well. The whole team was thrilled!"
