Century Link owner Ms. Wan recently sought help from the estate's customer service office because she was suffering excruciating pain in her twisted ankle while her husband was out of town and could hardly walk. Learning of Ms. Wan's case, Ms. Emily Tse, a staff member at the office, made an appointment at once with a bonesetter for Ms. Wan and arranged for her a wheelchair to assist her access. Customer Service Manager Ms. Suen even offered to drive Ms. Wan to the bonesetter in person. Lunches and dinners were also delivered to Ms. Wan's home, which surprised and moved her deeply.
