In addition to maintaining good personal hygiene during the current epidemic, we can improve our health by eating and drinking well. SHKP News invited the Aria clubhouse restaurant to introduce a soup and a drink recipe to help fight the virus. The soup has American ginseng, adenophora root, polygonatum root and lily bulb, which can invigorate our 'qi' and reduce phlegm; and the drink has lemon, cucumber and elderflower to strengthen our respiratory functions. The ingredients and method for both recipes are very simple. With the demonstration video, it’s easy to make this fresh, healthy and delicious soup and drink!
