An elderly couple who seemed lost caught the attention of Landmark North mall customer care ambassador Natalie Tsang in Sheung Shui, and on asking she learned that they wanted to get replacement ID cards as their home had been burgled. Natalie reported the break-in to the police and booked the couple an appointment at the nearest immigration office, and then our kind colleague went even further to accompany them on the day!
