iLearning invited Ivan, from Club Vici, and his special assistant, Priyanka, to show us how to make this specialty hamburger and apple 'fries'. Do try it out with your kids at home.

Directions:
- Slice the onions, tomato and lettuce and put them aside. Cut the ham, cheese and mushroom with a round mould for decoration.
- Mix the ground beef (or flat patty) well with salt and Worcestershire sauce. Shape it with the round mould and flatten it.
- Dice the boiled egg, then mix it well with mayonnaise, onions, pickled-cucumbers, basil and lemon juice to make a tartar sauce.
- Pan-fry the beef patty on each side for 3 minutes, and then place the cheese slices on top of it.
- Spread a little bit butter on the inside of the hamburger bun and pan-fry it until golden brown.
- Place the lettuce, flat patty, onion rings, tomato slices and tartar sauce between the buns, and put the pre-cut ham, cheese and mushrooms on top of the hamburger bun as decorations. Cut the apple into the shape of French fries and it is ready to eat.
