Knowing more about SHKP youth development
SHKP establishes Management Trainee Programme in Hong Kong and on the mainland to provide management trainees with three years of training and inter-departmental work experience. Its Graduate Engineer - Structural / Graduate Surveyor programme has senior colleagues as advisors coaching graduates in daily work. It also sets up the IVE Recruitment Programme to recruit final year higher diploma students as interns and hires a lot of them after graduation.
