SHKP Malls 'Serving with Heart' Customer Care Ambassador Election results announced

03.05.2019

SHKP believes that shopping malls are the second homes of our customers. For this reason, the Group annually holds the SHKP Malls 'Serving with Heart' Customer Care Ambassador Election and the 11th Customer Care Ambassador Election awards presentation ceremony recently took place, where outstanding winners were recognized with a host of awards amidst warm applause from those in attendance.

'Most-like Customer Care Ambassador' voted on by nearly 100,000 customers

This year, 20 shopping malls and 99 Customer Care Ambassadors took part in this election, vying for eight awards. With over 98,000 votes received, the 'Most-like Customer Care Ambassador Award' was elected entirely by the public on the basis of one-person, one-vote. In the end, Koey Sze from Metroplaza, Kunis Lam from Tai Po Mega Mall, and Sube Wong from APM, took the top three spots, respectively.

The election also saw Uptown Plaza winning the 'Best Performance Mall Award" among 20 participating shopping malls, while the 'Mystery Shopper Assessment Top Mall Service Award' went to Tai Po Mega Mall. In addition, Jason Chan from HomeSquare emerged as the winner of the 'Mystery Shopper Assessment Top Customer Care Ambassador Award' with the highest score of 3.98 (out of 4). (Refer to the table below for winners of other awards.)

Review for improvement

Announcing the scores of the Mystery Shopper Assessment also served as an important part of the awards presentation ceremony. This helped all Customer Care Ambassadors better understand their strengths and weaknesses while enabling them to achieve continuous improvement in their overall service quality.

Sharing a true story

Moreover, a microfilm was specially played at the ceremony, telling the story of a Customer Care Ambassador who had set her sights on serving people cordially since her childhood. Is that a similar portrayal that resonates with other ambassadors as well?
