According to information from the Environmental Protection Department, kitchen waste is one of the main sources of municipal solid waste. Therefore, reducing leftovers or turning them into organic fertilizer can reduce the burden on landfills. Organic fertilizers are not only environmentally friendly, but also improve the soil quality for plants to grow healthily. After showing our colleagues how to use food waste to make environmentally friendly enzymes, the company recently invited a professional instructor to show staff how to convert food waste into organic fertilizer. Many colleagues who are gardening enthusiasts seized the opportunity to participate in this online green workshop.
