Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Relief
For people leading a fast-paced life, yoga can help relieve stress and regulate emotions, especially for those who sit for long hours at work. To combat fatigue, a workshop on Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Relief was held, which our colleagues signed up for enthusiastically. The workshop helped them develop their body and fitness for health and happiness.
Yin Yoga
Like Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Relief, Yin Yoga emphasizes muscle relaxation and mental tranquillity through long-term yoga postures. Coupled with proper breathing, the postures help build strength, regulate the nervous system, and remove distracting thoughts to achieve a sense of wellbeing.
Zumba
Zumba, a healthy and trendy sport, combines dynamic music with easy-to-learn aerobic movements, infused with a variety of South American dances, such as the Samba, Cha-cha, Salsa, Reggae, Flamenco, Tango, and so forth.
The new Zumba workshop attracted 10 colleagues with great enthusiasm for dancing. They practised under the guidance of the dance tutor, feeling the charm of Zumba in its dynamic rhythms.
