The hotel and catering industries were hit hard during the three-year pandemic. In the face of adversity, The Royal Garden took a proactive approach. For example, when the government restricted dining in, the team swiftly offered takeaway options so that customers could still enjoy the delicacies produced by the hotel's restaurants, including the renowned Italian restaurant Sabatini.

Thanks to their efforts, The Royal Garden managed to retain its customers. In fact, many kept asking whether Sabatini would have a new branch on Hong Kong Island. With their strong support, Sabatini recently launched a new branch in IFC Mall.
