Sanfield Summer Internship Programme nurtures construction talent 05.09.2024 This year, summer interns of Sanfield, SHKP's construction arm, had the valuable opportunity to visit Guangzhou South Station ICC, a major landmark being developed by the Group The annual summer internship programme also provided them with hands-on experience in various advanced technology applications, helping to lay a solid foundation for their future careers. Over the past five years, Sanfield's summer internship programme has recruited nearly 700 students and junior engineers. This year, the programme attracted students from various universities, including The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and The Chinese University of Hong Kong. All of them major in construction- or engineering-related fields. The participants took part in various construction processes and learned about new technologies, including Building Information Modelling, Modular Integrated Construction and the Unmanned Tower Crane. They also visited the Guangzhou South Station ICC to understand more about mainland construction requirements, advanced technology applications, and the transportation system and development in the Greater Bay Area. The interns also participated in volunteer events organized by the Construction Industry Council, gaining insights into how construction can transform and contribute to the community. Sanfield envisions the summer internship programme as a platform to nurture talent for the industry and pass on the spirit of craftsmanship to the younger generation.

World-renowned brands Spanning over one million square feet of retail space, Nanjing ifc mall is positioned as an upscale luxury shopping centre with 168 high-end shops, including luxury brands, fashion and accessories retailers, and restaurants operated by famous food and beverage groups, many of which are Asia and global flagship stores. Thirty per cent of the stores are newcomers to Nanjing, and over 50% of them are making their debut in the Hexi CBD. Innovative interior design and exterior façade The shopping mall boasts a magnificent 280-metre-long street-facing façade which hosts flagship stores of top international luxury brands. Their modern, colourful store designs provide a facelift to the CBD while blending in seamlessly with the traditional city landscape. Inspired by a French-style landscaped garden, the mall boasts a unique and stylish interior design. On the ground floor, the outdoor and indoor retail areas are connected by a landscaped corridor, which is both a retail and public area with various art installations and social facilities. The design of the first and second floors is splendid, with intricate cut-out paper flowers and carvings of dense forests elegantly incorporated to create a luxurious and contemporary ambience. The mall also features thoughtfully designed facilities, including an e-Directory that provides a fun, interactive experience, and deluxe restrooms and baby care rooms to provide a high-quality shopping experience.

YOHO MIX, YOHO PLUS and YOHO MALL form a mega shopping destination Together with the flagship centre YOHO MALL I and YOHO MALL II, the 110,000-square-foot YOHO MIX and the 40,000-square-foot YOHO PLUS form a 1.2-million-square-foot mega shopping destination in northwest New Territories. The mall boasts popular restaurants and premium brands. One notable addition is YATADAY, an approximately 3,600-square-foot supermarket offering a wide selection of fresh food, delicacies and household goods. SHKP malls gear up for Paris 2024 Olympics 02.07.2024 Gearing up for the Paris 2024 Olympics, SHKP has stepped up as the venue sponsor for the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China's "Road to Paris" roving promotion. This exciting partnership will see SHKP malls host a series of Olympics-themed campaigns to generate support for Hong Kong athletes in the lead-up to the global sporting event. From early June to mid-July, 10 SHKP malls will host a series of Olympic and sports-themed events, including exhibitions, interactive game booths, athlete photo exhibitions, sports experiences and athlete sharing sessions. Sanfield launches Sustainability-linked Supplier Payment Services Programme 04.06.2024 SHKP is dedicated to bolstering its ESG performance. Sanfield (Management) Limited, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, has partnered with DBS Hong Kong to launch the Hong Kong's first sustainability-linked supplier payment services (SPS) programme in the construction industry. By joining the SPS programme and meeting the pre-determined sustainability-related targets, Sanfield's suppliers and sub-contractors may get early payment from Sanfield, thereby improving their cash conversion cycle, while enhancing their ESG performance and encouraging them to accelerate their transition to more sustainable construction practices. The programme will benefit the environment, the industry and Sanfield's construction partners.
