$1.55 million raised for The Community Chest 10.03.2025 The Group partnered with the Hong Kong Tourism Board last month to present a cheque of HK$1.55 million to The Community Chest of Hong Kong. This donation, which includes funds raised during the Sun Hung Kai Properties Hong Kong Cyclothon last year and additional contributions from SHKP, will support the Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society and The New Voice Club of Hong Kong for cancer prevention and rehabilitation services, benefiting close to 7,000 patients. Since 2015, the Group has been the title and charity sponsor of the Hong Kong Cyclothon. The Group is dedicated to supporting initiatives that enhance the physical and mental wellness of the community. SHKP Chairman and Managing Director Raymond Kwok said that the donation aims to help the underprivileged get cancer screening and help survivors adapt to their new life.

GO PARK Sai Sha hosts The Community Chest Walk for Millions for the first time 05.03.2025 To showcase the spirit of Sports for Charity, the Group proudly served as the venue sponsor for the Community Chest New Territories Walk for Millions 2025, which took place at GO PARK Sai Sha in mid-February. Among the officiating guests at the starting ceremony were Michael Wong, Deputy Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government and Raymond Kwok, Group Chairman and Managing Director. The event attracted thousands of participants, including representatives from various companies and local organizations. Participants took part in a 1.5 km charity walk along the cycling and running track at GO PARK Sports. At the finishing point, they also enjoyed a fun fair and explored emerging sports, like padel, pickleball and lacrosse, under the guidance of coaches. The event raised funds to support family and child welfare services through member agencies of The Community Chest of Hong Kong.

SHKP volunteers send festive blessings to the elderly 17.02.2025 The Group distributed 3,000 festive bags to elderly residents in Sha Tin and Sham Shui Po through the Building Homes with Heart Caring Initiative and our volunteering programme for Pak Tin Estate. The SHKP Volunteer Team also visited underprivileged elderly families to spread some holiday cheer. The elderly enjoyed engaging conversations with the volunteers, making this Chinese New Year a truly special and warm celebration.

SHKP supports The Community Chest Corporate Challenge 2025 28.01.2025 SHKP is proud to continue its sponsorship of the Community Chest Corporate Challenge 2025, which took place in Sai Hung earlier this month. With over 300 colleagues participating in the half marathon and 10k run, we demonstrated our commitment to sports for charity. SHKP's The Royal Garden, the event's food and beverage sponsor, was there to cheer on the runners with light refreshments and drinks. All donations raised during the event will be used to support the rehabilitation and aftercare services through The Community Chest.

SHKP Volunteer Team acknowledged for its contributions to society 08.01.2025 Last month, the SHKP Volunteer Team received two awards for their outstanding service. At the Hong Kong Volunteer Award 2024, jointly organized by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau and the Agency for Volunteer Service, our team received a Top Ten Highest Volunteer Hours Award. This recognition highlights their remarkable contribution of over 70,000 volunteer hours last year. The team also won an Outstanding Social Capital Partnership award at the Social Capital Builder Awards 2024, presented by the Community Investment & Inclusion Fund under the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau. The award was given for our volunteers' continous support to the elderly residents of Pak Tin Estate. Their efforts included home inspections, appliance installations and basic renovations. Furthermore, through music activities, the volunteers also fostered closer ties among different generations in the community.
