Finding a New Home for a Fluffy Little Thing 16.07.2021 Children and parents may get separated from time to time in a mall, but recently East Point City encountered a special case in its lost-and-found service. A customer found a tiny hamster walking alone in the bustling mall corridor and took it to the customer service centre to prevent it from getting injured, hoping that our colleagues would help reunite it with its owner. The customer service staff showed their team spirit, spreading out in the mall to look for a customer searching for something, contacting nearby housing estates to see if anyone had reported a missing hamster, and buying pet food pellets and other essentials to help the hamster relax. A colleague even found a friend to foster the hamster until they found the owner. Even when dealing with a tiny pet, our colleagues in East Point City went all out to look after it and try to find its owner. Although the owner hasn’t been found several months later, the fluffy fellow will never be lonely because now it is living a happy and healthy life in its new home!
